"Minor injury clinic"

About: Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup)

I went to the clinic this morning as I fell on my knee 2 weeks ago and still cannot walk upstairs. I could not get a doctors appointment until next week. It transpires that the knee cap is broken in two places.

I arrived at 8.45 and was out by 10.45 having had an X ray. The receptionists were helpful and pleasant. The assessment nurse was efficient with good patient manner. The doctor was excellent. They showed me the x ray and spent time explaining what has happened and then gave me good follow up advice. Well done Queen Mary's. I sometimes use my private patient's plan but not needed with this level of care.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your positive feedback.

I am very happy to hear that you were pleased and satisfied with the level of treatment and care you received from the Urgent Care Centre staff.

I will pass your kind comments onto them and I do hope you are now recovering from your injury.

Best Wishes
