I was unfortunate enough to have an accident with a large knife and badly injured my hand on 20/04/2017.
I was expecting a long wait in A & E but was seen straight away. I was treated and out of there in less that 2 hours. The staff in the department were superb and I can not fault the service in any way. I was treated by a student doctor who was great.
The NHS gets some bad press at times but having experienced the service today I left very impressed.
We all need to get behind and look after our NHS.
