"Worst maternity ward ever"

This hospital is a joke. The maternity ward staff are disrespectful. my wife gave birth the other day. The midwives kept on walking and laughing at other patients. They clearly dont have a duty of care. My wife was not offered anything to eat for 2 days. I had to go and buy food from the local fish and chips. Zone 2 is the worst. They dont care about patients. They hide in the tiolets and they dont offer any help to the patients. Alarms contantly ringing during the night but no one responds to them. Cleaners invade your personal space while cleaning, They dont even announce themselves before they enter. Steralising equipment are not hygenic at all. full of limescale. I couldnt wait to get out of there. My wife was discharged but they forgot to give her prescribed medicine. They called after 2 days for us to go and collect. The whole department in zone 2 should be reviewed especially the night staff as they hide when patients need them. Some even sleep in the toilets. 0 out of 10. Will deinately not be going back. Zone 4 staff are ok
