About: James Paget University Hospital

I have visited the hospital several times in the last few months for investigations into some severe head pains I have been receiving.

Every time I had an appointment I felt like I was really being listened to as I explained my bizarre experiences and I felt comfortable knowing they were genuinely pro-active about finding out what was happening with me.

The staff are always 100% polite and courteous yet remain down to earth with a sense of 'normality' about them that doesn't make you feel on edge.

I have never had any complaints about this hospital and although there has been severe media backlash about its performance in the past, I feel that its come on in leaps and bounds lately! Well done.
