"Good staff"

My sister was admitted to A&E for the second time due to a dislocated shoulder.

I'd like to thank the team who helped my sister sort out her shoulder.

I'd especially like to thank the doctor and nurse for a stellar job. The nurse was the friendliest and regularly checked on my sister. It makes a difference when you have someone who really is good at their job and makes the patient feel at ease. I know doctors and nurses are stretched but this nurse was a real super star. They even helped to click her shoulder back in when it came out for the second time. Very grateful this nurse was here tonight.
