"Delay in treatment was unacceptable"

I went to Nottingham City Hospital and I had a long wait in the clinic. I think that the hospital had been ignoring the e-mails from my G.P to arrange the appointment. A reply to my G.P's e-mails sooner would have improved the way in which I was treated. I felt that I was kept waiting for treatment and was not kept informed about my care, and this is unacceptable.
