"Non compassionate care"

Had an appointment in the 'urgent care centre'. Felt initially a lack of confidentiality when providing personal details in the waiting area where everybody can hear your personal details. My appointment was for a female related issue, but there were no female doctors available to see me. I saw a doctor who was extremely condescending, and uncompassionate. This doctor made me feel very uncomfortable and left feeling that my concern had not been address.
