"Very bad experience"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

Did not keep the close family informed, only gave information when forced to do so by way of complaint. Rude attitude of a number of nurses on this ward. Four complaints lodged against this ward. Further action is being taken. No one wants to be in hospital, and no family member wants to see their loved one in a hospital, it is upsetting enough for the patient and family.

We were not treated with dignity and respect by staff on this ward. This matter will be followed through to the end. We will never forget the stress they caused us all, or the rude, dismissive, ignorant manner we experienced. We complained, and it was obvious we were treated differently to others around us because of it.
