What I liked

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and the porter aww very sweet. I came with my mum last year and at the time i needed to read my prayers and the staff went out of their way to let me into one of the rooms to pray. I was so grateful that i bought a card and chocolates (if i remember correctly) to the reception staff!

What could be improved

Nothing. I am ever grateful!
