(as the patient),

I attended the Day Surgery Unit at Queen Margaret Hospital in Fife. I would like to thank Dr Lim and the surgical team, and Helen and all of the team on the ward for taking very good care of me during my visit. The patient care in the Day Surgery Unit is exceptional - everyone was very friendly and kind, as well as competent and professional. Everything was explained carefully so that I was clear about what was happening and what would happen next.

Thank you very much to everyone for your amazing support and excellent patient care during my hospital visit.

Thank you very much for your comments about the exceptional care you have received in the Day Surgery Unit. It's really appreciated that you have taken the time to give an account of who looked after you and the way in which the care has been carried out. It is really very motivational, giving staff such a good feeling to be able to know that we have got it just right for our patients. It sounds like we have met your needs and you have had a well informed and positive experience. I will gladly pass on your positive comments to all involved in your care.
