What I liked

From start to finish every member of staff were both respectful, attentive and informative; making sure that I was comfortable. My husband was made to feel welcome and treated respectfully even tho it was me undergoing surgery; he was plied with cups of tea too! The staff were both friendly and efficient. I was very nervous but was soon put at ease and was very relaxed by the time I went for the surgery. On my return, the trolly that I was brought back on was promptly scrubbed down and disinfected. The whole unit including the staff was spotless. Nothing was too much trouble. I was even escorted to my car after surgery by a nurse. I attended this unit as an NHS patient and couldn't have been treated any better if I had paid privately. I was made to feel that I was the only patient there. The level of service was excellent. Well done Tetbury! You hear so many negative stories of hospitals it gives me great pleasure to recommend Tetbury.
