I was induced at 25 weeks pregnant sadly due to our daughter been still born.
I could not fault the care I received on the delivery suit. during a very devastating and horrific situation to find myself in I could not fault the support and care I received throughout my 8 hour induced labour. myself and our daughter were treat with dignity and respect at all times. I gave birth just off the delivery suit for more privacy and to try make an already upsetting event a little easier for me. I had a midwife and student midwife with me at all times and really felt looked after. after our daughter was born we were given photos and feet and hand prints and a keep sake box. we was not rushed off and was encouraged to spend time with out daughter to grieve. I cannot thank the midwifes enough for making a horrific experience that little bit easier.and take my hats off to them as it must be a very hard part of there job to do.
"excellent care"
