"Couldn't fault my care"

Never having had to go into hospital before I was more then a little nervous about having a Hernia operation.

I need not have worried so much.

Everyone I met was friendly but efficient.

From the reception staff right through to the consultant. The nursing staff put me at ease and informed about my care through out the whole day, the anaesthetist and consultant explained to me what would happen so that by the time I got to theatre I felt confident and had stopped feeling so worried.

I went in as an NHS patient and having read previous reviews was a little concerned that I would feel 'different'. This was not so, the staff treated everyone so well.

I would not hesitate to use this hospital again if I needed to, nor would I hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.
