I came to the London Independent Hospital today for Day case treatment, and everything was so well organised. Admission, pre and post-treatment could not have been better run.
It would be good though if the height/weight measurements could be carried out away from the public gaze, as this is embarrassing for both patient and public alike. I'm sure the hospital staff will take this on board.
Can I strongly recommend that NHS hospitals within London pay a visit to the independent to see how to do the job right.
Well done to all staff on the day unit.
Your professionalism and excellent communication skills are an example to how it should be done.
