Contacting Gp for results, only to be told no result available then ask a few day later only to be told they have been in for awhile, One reception staff very rude and abrupt, when ask to see a doctor only to be told to see a nurse, then the nurse says I should have seen the doctor.

Would like to here staff give there name when answering the telephone.

Have to chase up referrals only to be informed one has not been made.

Because of my work, need more late night openings, never offered late night appointment on Monday.

When you actually able to get through to the surgery and then get to see the doctor, only to feel you are not being listened too, only to come back again when the condition as got worse.
