"Everyone was so fantastic"

About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Accident & Emergency (Emergency Care)

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was admitted to Aberdeen Children's Hospital after attending Children's A &E with a fever, dehydrated and a kidney infection. Everyone was so fantastic and she is now home again after receiving IV antibiotics and fluids. She is back to her old self, thanks to all the staff! Everyone was so kind, especially Helen, Abbie, Daisy and Susan on the ward. Thank you so much!

Hi, I hope your daughter is now on the mend and has recovered from her illness, it sounds like she was quite poorly! I am so glad that you and your daughter were looked after so well and it sounds like the whole team from A&E to the ward did a fabulous job. It mean such a lot to staff to hear when things went well so thank you so much for taking the time to post this feedback, which I will of course share with the whole team across RACH.
