"Didn't perform STD tests and failed to let me know"

Went in to perform a standard checkup including a HIV test. Was told it'd be done and I'd receive the result in 7-10 working days via text. After 10 workings days without a response, I called them only to be told that no test had actually been conducted as they lost my sample and didn't bother to notify me. Please avoid using this centre for important checkups as they're simply inefficient and don't care.
