"Wonderful service from the endoscopy department"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

 I attended the department to have an endoscopy. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. From the moment of arrival I was greeted with smiles. The nursing staff went to great lengths to gather information, explain my options around sedation and made me feel totally at ease. I chose to have the throat spray and although slightly uncomfortable I cannot thank the doctor enough for how quickly the procedure was finished. it took no more than five minutes. All through the procedure the nurses were making me feel very much at ease Thank You boys and girls you are stars and you have made a 70 year old very happy. Luckily I got a good outcome.
