What could be improved
communication. my mum had a procedure. she was supposed to be sedated but was not. she mentioned this but they went ahead. she had pain and anxiety and now has no faith she will be treated properly, especially if she complains. the entire procedure should have been fully explained and they should have responded to her polite objection not carried on. very disappointing to say the least. what went wrong? i am not the patient but the daughter.
