"A&E visit - Fantastic"

I took my my 88 year old Mum to NWPH A&E today. She was seen very quickly and every member of staff deserved recognition. They were all efficient and very polite. She quickly had assessements, blood tests, ecg and chest Xray. Everything ran like clockwork. Everyone from the porter to the doctor were extremely polite, understanding and good natured.
