I find it hard to believe that we are asked what we are coming to the clinic for when there is a queue of people behind us!!
Would it be so hard to smile and be pleasant??
The receptionist was very rude and made no effort to put me at ease.
It is the second time I have had such an experience here and I will not be coming back to this clinic or recommending it to anyone.
On a more positive note I can say that I have been to many other parts of the hospital and have no complaints, only praise
"Rude receptionist"
