"Results of MRI"

I was referred for a head MRI in January 2017 and even now I have not received the results and I am now become depressed because of my conditions including my tinnitus.

The doctors at this hospital do not understand or care about your welfare or health as I have recently had quite a few falls and badly sprained my left wrist and now my upper back is very very sore all the people in the A and E department wanted to do was get me out and home.

I think the people who work at every hospital should go through more courses on how to care for patients health and mental wellbeing and not just getting them out of the hospitals so the people who work there can have more time to chatter to each other!
