I had breast surgery performed here recently.

I have received exceptional care, such time and patience spent explaining everything, every nurse gave me the time I needed to gain the confidence to move forward. I have been so well looked after and even when I had chosen to go home it was made clear that I could stay if I changed my mind.

When I got home it didn't go according to plan and my friend had to ring and ask the staff on Ward 1 for advice and they were able to help instantly again with no problem.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Ward 1 and Kidderminster Hospital is brilliant.
