Me and my wife went into the maternity ward at Good Hope Hospital it was our first visit to the hospital we was a little nervous especially after having a bad experience previously at Heartlands Hospital Maternity Department.
whilst looking for the department we needed we asked for help and a lovely care services peson guided us onto the right path, once entering maternity wards the maternity staff were lovely and put my wife mostly at ease, it took slightly longer then we hoped at the first department we went to, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The two midwives who helped my wife through the stage of giving birth went really wonderful, one was a student and the other was highly experienced we couldn't thank them enough, we did leave a large box of chocolates for them hope they received them. it was a wonderful experience especially having the right support and information was very crucial lovely support every step of the way.
"excellent service at the Maternity Department"
