My daughter was referred to the Suffolk Wellbeing Service in January. Over 1 month passed and we had heard nothing so I emailed the service and 5 days later received a response to say a relevant manager will be in touch. A couple of days later I had a voicemail left on my mobile so I called back and had to leave a message. I have phoned back again today and left another message, but it's now been nearly two months since the referral and we've not had one single piece of information by letter, email or phone. Completely understand that there will be waiting lists etc., but initially informing people so they know what to expect would be good. Just a basic acknowledgement would be a bonus as I don't even know if my daughter is in the system! When people are brave enough to come forward for support the last thing they need is to be ignored.
"Referral almost 2 months ago and ignored so far"
