About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary / General surgery

I came to the hospital today 15 March following a referral from my GP for a hernia.

I was very impressed with the excellent service I received.

On arrival a member of staff came to me and took me to the relevant Department. I was virtually seen immediately.

I was very nervous but my surgeon soon allayed my fears.

They were professional, courteous and understanding.

They explained everything I needed to know and I have full confidence in their ability to make me better.

Thank you for an excellent service.
