About: King George Hospital / General surgery

Visited for a biopsy, very quick admission and shown to bed, waited a while, but that was to be expected for a theatre procedure. Staff very nice and professional throughout the day with information and patient confirmation at all interviews. Operating theatre treatment was good, quick and reassuring, no waiting straight in with good explanation of what they were going to do. all done a back in recovery ward with nurse standing by me all the time till I went back into the ADCU. Tea, coffee, water, sandwich and biscuits offered, then BP tests very regularly, then released to go home. Cannot fault the care, cleanliness and information.
