Poor communication , I had to pester for appointment. Perstered to get seen ,waited 2 hours to get seen due to poor communication between
God knows who, staff were apologetic, Doctor doing ultra sound was through and explained things to me.text from 80870 gives flase information !!!!!saying it's a free text when my phone won't let me reply to 80870 ???? The whole experience as been stressful, can't rely on trains from Barrow in Furness they cancel last minute, daughter had to take unpaid holiday from work, I'm a carer for my husband 3 years with no diagnosis , my night mare isn't over yet more stress getting barium swallow as someone on long term sick at FG so shipping patients to Kendal for this procedure, due to roadworks that's a stress run .
