(as the patient),

I experienced a miscarriage and was distraught. nurse Nicole from heartlands hospital epau was amazing she went above and beyond to help me I can't thank her enough. If it wasn't for her I would be panicking but she helped me and made sure I was seen at the right time by the right people. She made this journey very easy for me
