A&E overawed, no place to sit my 75mather could not stand and when staff/reception asked they did not help, do anything - not their problem!
despicable conduct from the lead of A&E

We have experienced very high levels of attendance in A&E over the last two months but you should still be given assistance when requested and I am very sorry to both you and your mother this did not happen.
