"Day Surgery"

I attended SRH on the 9/3/2017 to have surgery on my foot as a day patient. From the moment I walked into reception to being dischanged I have nothing but praise for all the staff. Very friendly and approachable and no matter how busy they were they would go out of their way to make sure myself and other patients were comfortable. Ward staff genuinely seemed to enjoy their work which is clearly a very demanding job role , aneathatisit was really reassuring and the staff administrating the nerve blockers really put my mind at ease . The Dr we saw again was very friendly along with the physiotherapist too ! Job well done, keep up the good work. Sunderland Royal is always my families first choice of hospital as you do not receive the same level of care anywhere else within this area.
