What could be improved

1) Communication between staff - I was nearly x-rayed by accident on my first visit. It wasn't until I questioned the nurse regarding the requirement for an x-ray that she realised I was the wrong patient. (I have since found out that I was pregnant at the time, so am glad that I spoke out).

2) Communication between doctor and patient - I had an appointment with the doctor, blood tests and ultra sound scans 7 weeks ago and have had no-feedback whatsoever. The only letter I have received was a duplicate bill (see below).

3) Communication between spire hospital and their accounts department - Last week spire hospital accounts sent me a letter informing me that they will be deducting 450 pounds from my account, despite the fact that I actually paid for this treatment on the day of my appointment.
