What I liked

I had two visits to Opthalmology and both were very pleasant and informative visits. All staff were helpful, kind and put me at my ease. I could not have wished for a better experience. I also used the PALS service to reconfirm my appointment time (because Id mislaid my appointment letter) and they were extremely quick in getting back to me with the information required.

What could be improved

Nothing at all from my experience.

I would highly commend the people I came into contact with. Good Hope is my local hospital and I have every confidence in the health care I received there. Thank you very much. The NHS at its best.
