"excellent experience at max fac"

I attended outpatients today in the maxillaofacial dept located in a sort of portakabin at Watford General Hospital but I would like to express my great appreciation of the excellence of the service. I was seated, seen on time, given a full introduction to the staff attending me and a complete explanation of what their recommendations were . I was treated with courtesy, exceptional manners and kept informed. On my way home by car I received a call from the hospital giving me an appointment within less than a week for my biopsy. This is excellent service and I would like to think all those concerned. I am always interested in how care meets technology/hard medicine and they have surely got it right in this department.
