In September 2016 I had an accident in Scarborough, In the general Hospital l Had an Operation and was extremely well Looked After, I wrote Thank You letters to all Concerned.
On Arrival back at home I was under our Local GP service, Red Bank Health Centre, I was to have Physio at our local hospital, if our GP did not intervene I would not have had any. He took Time to chase the Hospital, make sure I had the correct medication as suggested by Scarborough Hospital, and did the organising for the District Nurse to attend for dressing changes and blood tests etc.
During this time it was decided I needed a new knee, the GP again Doctor Flascher did the organising, even to the extent of many phone calls to our home, even in the evening, 7 O Clockish to make sure I was getting the correct medicines and advising me how to use the treatments.
From September 2016 he has arranged, X Rays, medications, ultra sound, making sure everything will be ok before I go to surgery for a new knee.
So again I say THANK YOU, but this time on paper.
Thanks
"Very Good GP Service"
