"Royal Berkshire trauma and orthopaedic outpatients"

I have been to this department on quite a lot recently, but on 2 occasions i was given the wrong information. The 1st occasion I had waited 2 1/2 hours, to be told they didn't know why i was here and because my consultant wasn't there, and they left no notes they didn't understand on why i was to be seen. They told me i had to ring and make an appointment when they were back. The second occasion i arrived early and was told there was a delay on being seen, i asked if this was including me as i was only there for a brace fitment for an operation in a week, they told me i was in the wrong department by the time they had told me this, i was waiting for 30 mins, i was lucky i asked as i could have been sitting there for hours to be told i was in the wrong department. Going to the right department they then tell me the person who fits braces was not in till the next day. So i now have to go back again whether it's tomorrow or in a few days.
