I visited A&E this morning in a lot of pain with a suspected broken rib. All the staff; the receptionist, triage nurse and the paramedic were extremely kind, caring and professional.
They really listened to how I felt and were very thorough with their examinations which made the whole process a lot less stressful. I was also seen really quickly.
Really impressed with the fantastic service. Thank you.

Thank you for your post from which we were sorry to learn that you had an injury but it was lovely to read about your experience.
Our A&E has been under extraordinary pressure for some time now and so we will share your message with the staff who will be delighted.
