"Absolutely ridiculous!"

I just spent over 15 minutes on hold to book my appointment here, only to have them pick up and immediately hang up again! I did not receive a call back. So when I called back, there was then 7 people in the queue ahead of me! This is absolutely ridiculous service and I am beyond annoyed! I did not waste my lunch time to be hung up! I expect a full apology for this action. Absolutely despicable!

A full apology is extended to you. We were experiencing technical difficulties at this time which was extremely frustrating to callers to the service. The problem is fully resolved now.
