"Answer the Telephone in the Eye Department!"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital / Neurology

It is impossible to get through to this department on the telephone. I have tried numerous times and, after negotiating the automated system, I just get a ringing telephone that is never answered! This is not acceptable, particularly because there are many elderly people trying to access this service. I still don't have an appointment!!!

I would like to add, that apart from this, my family and I have always received exemplary care at PAH.
