"A&E"

About: Peterborough City Hospital / Accident and emergency

I visited A & E with my 18 month old child with a foot injury. The Doctor who saw us in the Jungle Unit, was very good and caring towards my daughter.

The Doctor interacted really well with my child, and reassured us during the consultation.

I was seen by the Doctor between 9,45am and 10.40am on the 27/2/17.

The radiographer we saw was really good with us as well.

The NHS always receives a lot of bad press concerning waiting times etc, and although it was frustrating, our total time in A&E was four hours, the care, attention and compassion received was second to none. I hold complete admiration for the Doctors, Nurses and other staff, who work so hard to provide the best care for members of the public.

Thank you
