"Extremely happy with my recent operation"

I recently had a minor operation and was impressed with the efficiency of the whole thing. Once I had seen the consultant who was helpful and informative, the operation took place earlier than expected. The operation went efficiently and smoothly with hospital staff doing their best under strained conditions with the fact that not enough hospital beds available was clearly an issue.

The operation was successful with a recent follow up to my consultant.

My consultant is a credit to your staffing team, very professional, efficient and experienced in their field. The NHS service is lucky to have such dedicated staff.

As a busy working Mum having an operation was inconvenient but with its efficiency the whole experience was hassle free.

The NHS gets such bad publicity, I feel it is important to give credit to a service which is so clearly suffering due to government cuts but is still trying to provide to it's patients.

I would like to thank everyone that dealt with my care for their hard work and compassion.
