About: Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre

A massive thank you. Everything from pre-assessment, to admittance, operation, and after care was exemplary. The staff have a caring, personal and very professional approach to their roles. They deliver their care and capability in a professional and often personal way that is a delight to experience.

In addition, the non medical staff covering administration, cleaning, food preparation and delivery was just outstanding This is the best example of hospital care I have ever experienced. This Treatment Centre is at a level that all private hospitals as well as other NHS operations should seek to aspire to as soon as possible.

Thank you to everyone you are world class.
