Was treated by all staff with dignity and respect and felt confident in their ability to care for me and my presenting problem. I saw them deal with ease and good humour a couple of 'tricky' 'demanding' patients.
I was moved to ambulatory care and experienced the same high standard. I was pleasantly surprised especially because they were so busy.
Their care and attitude was greatly appreciated and comforting.
