The initial voice recording giving you the various options is very quiet. Dial 789 7373 and hear for yourself I would recommend it be redone? Also difficulty getting through to secretaries 'away from desk' on numerous occasions cannot leave message got to try again and same thing happens

Thank you for your comments on the initial voice recording - we will look into this.

Could I ask that you contact our PALS team on 0161 206 2003 or via email to pals@srft.nhs.uk between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30, Monday to Friday - they will be able to advise you further on contacting the secretaries in the Neurology team.

I've also passed this onto the senior nursing team in this area for feedback.
