I was very impressed by the speed and ease of communication between my local doctor (Dr Foley at Edington surgery) and the X-ray department at Musgrove.
The doctor decided I required an x-ray and gave me a walk in referral form, which I had not previously been aware of.
Having read it I duly drove to Taunton and reception looked the details up on the screen. Within 10 minutes of of arriving I was called in to have the X-ray and was on my way home within 40 minutes.
The details along with comments from the specialist were passed back to my GP who was able to decide on further action.
I would just like to say how impressed I was with the whole process of my treatment. The speed and ease of use as a patient were second to none and it made for a very good experience. By being treated speedily and efficiently it reduces the worry and gives confidence in the treatment.
