"Busy but efficient department"

About: Guy's Hospital / Urology

Visited urology one stop shop in Feb 17, the department gets very busy but the system works.

It was good to have all the tests done in one day and have a diagnosis/conclusion.

The co-ordinator does a great job at keeping things moving and knowing where people need to be. Only down side was the length of time to wait if your not urgent - I waited 16 weeks for an appointment.
