"My treatment in A&E"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I fell in the street in early December, and knocked myself out....I was taken by ambulance to A&E at Hairmyres..where I was promptly examined for head injuries, and otherwise checked out and then discharged...May I say I must apologise to all your fantastic staff as it was probably aware that my fall, was due to slight inebreation, after a long Xmas golfing lunch! ..Thanks again to all concerned, and I hope I wasn't to much of a pain! !

Dear Gallagher2

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your story with us. I am sorry to hear that you had a fall after an enjoyable lunch. Unfortunately accidents can happen to us all and no-one would consider you a pain!

It is kind of you to convey your thanks to the team and I will ensure this is shared with staff. I hope you are recovering well and thanks again for your comments.

Kind regards

Lise
