I have never seen such poor nursing care. I am appaled at the low level of skill. Some nurses I could not understand because their spoken English was of a very low standard. I would have thought that communication in english was very important in mental health services.
The Doctors and AMP who assessed me were very good. The AMP explained all the reasons for my assesment and what rights I have. The doctor was very nice and made me feel that I was a person.The Doctor was very supportive.
