"Shockingly Poor Serviice"

My excellent GP made an urgent referral for me using this service. When, at their suggestion, I rang them to find out what was happening, I was met with a hopeless barrage of vagueness, obfuscation and obstruction.

My GP is wonderful. The doctor does not need to be second guessed by a non-medical organisation. I have made four calls now, and there is no sign whatsoever that I am any nearer a consultation. I have been politely misdirected each time and am no wiser than when I began.
