"Appalling care and extremely rude staff/ nurses"

Nurses are extremely rude. No interaction; when I asked them questions or for assistance I have been ignored, they just walk out of the room pretending not to hear. After my operation I could not move properly and one of the staff brought me soup and left it on the tray on the side where I could not reach. I buzzed for assistance and a nurse came 20 minutes later. The hospital did not have many patients and there were nurses in groups just having random conversations about their personal life it's not like they were showing signs of being busy. Questions despite being patronising. You get better treatment in the NHS do not pay to have any treatment at this hospital. Waste of money there is no care for human life here. I am shocked by my experience!
